Anthropic discloses risk factors in new S-1 filing

Anthropic’s S-1 includes more than 90 pages of risk factors, including its effort to balance safety and commercial objectives. The company said that if it is unable to manage risks related to AI safety, its “brand, business, financial condition, and results of operations could be adversely affected.”
