Brian Tse (谢旻希): Opening Remarks

Brian Tse, Founder and CEO of Concordia AI, highlighted that AI safety is a critical foundation for responsible AI development. As AI systems evolve from passive tools to autonomous agents, new approaches are needed to monitor risks, prevent misuse, and ensure human oversight. The forum explored three key challenges in global AI governance: developing advanced AI risk monitoring frameworks, strengthening agent safety and emergency response mechanisms, and fostering international cooperation on standards and governance.
