10,000 AI Experiments in One Weekend

In episode 1037 of the SuperDataScience podcast, Jon Krohn discusses with Dr. Richard Socher, CEO of Recursive how AI has changed the way he does his own research. Socher explains that he used to do research mostly through other people, who implemented the ideas he discussed with them, while now he discusses ideas directly with an AI that implements them, running 10,000 experiments over a single weekend. He predicts that, with enough agency, we will all become more like National Science Foundation program directors, collaborating with our AIs to invent the changes we want to see in the world.
