Suspended business subscription renewal

OpenAI told me that a space we were using, which is almost one year suspended and unused, is gonna be renewd soon. I told them It's not used and they can delete it. Their bot and human keep telling me that I should cancel it. account menu → Workspace settings → Billing → Manage plan → Cancel subscription. Sent them screenshots, that it's not possible, cause suspended, but they keep repeating the same loop. Cancel or pay renewal. What do you think I should do? Feels like a pat situation and I don't wanna have a >1k dollars claim bill for something we are not even using. submitted by /u/tengisCC
