Self-Improving AI Could Arrive in One Year

Socher predicts that recursive self-improvement could arrive in less than two years, possibly in just one. He also warns that having RSI in the loop does not mean the strong takeoff scenario many people fear, and that a lot of those fears simply don't make sense.
